Rolling, Pulling, and Picking
Rolling, pulling, and picking at lashes should be strictly avoided to maintain the health and integrity of our natural lashes. These harmful habits can cause significant damage, leading to lash breakage, thinning, and even permanent loss. When we roll or rub our lashes, we subject them to unnecessary friction, which weakens the lash follicles, making them prone to breakage. Similarly, pulling or tugging at lashes not only runs the risk of pulling out a handful of precious lashes but also causes trauma to the delicate skin around the eyes. Moreover, picking at lash extensions or mascara clumps can result in premature shedding, leaving us with sparse and uneven lashes. To ensure long-lasting and healthy lashes, it is crucial to resist the temptation to roll, pull, and pick, opting instead for gentle care and proper maintenance.
